A linen and towel turnover or an extra clean can be added when you book, or arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
We enter an apartment during a stay only when needed, for an emergency or an urgent repair, or at your request, and we give notice where we can.
If anything is not right, we put it right without delay.
Our collection is growing, and every new apartment is hand-picked and finished with the same premium care and personal touches.
