Level 34 with sweeping views, a full kitchen, heated indoor pool, sauna and gym
The apartment
Wake up on Level 34, Spencer Street, with the whole city beyond floor-to-ceiling glass, from the city centre out to Port Phillip Bay. With views across the city and Docklands, Level 34 is a memorable place to see in the New Year. Spencer is a calm, carefully considered two-bedroom apartment where everything you need is here or a few minutes from the door: hotel-grade linen, a Nespresso machine, a full kitchen, and the building’s heated indoor pool, sauna and gym. It sleeps four, or up to six with the sofa bed, and Southern Cross Station is a few minutes’ walk, inside the Free Tram Zone, where trams are free of charge.
There are two restful bedrooms — a queen and a double — and air conditioning in each room. The living and dining room is open and light-filled, with the view as its backdrop: a 65-inch smart television to sign in to your own streaming apps, a dining table for four and a private west-facing balcony. The sofa bed in the living area takes the fifth and sixth guests, and one bathroom, with a walk-in shower and a shower curtain, serves the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped for anything from a quick coffee to a full meal: a gas cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher, a Nespresso Essenza Mini with an Aeroccino milk frother, a kettle, a toaster and a rice cooker. Coffee pods, tea, sugar, dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid and toilet paper are waiting when you arrive, a combination washer-dryer is in the apartment, and there is high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
Your building fob opens the heated indoor pool, the sauna and the gym, and none of them needs booking. The apartment is professionally cleaned and checked to a premium standard before every arrival.
Southern Cross Station — trains, coaches and SkyBus, the airport express — is 2 to 5 minutes’ walk. Marvel Stadium in Docklands, which hosts major concerts and sporting events under a retractable roof, is about 7 minutes (500 m); Docklands, the waterfront precinct, is 5 to 10 minutes, and Crown, the riverside entertainment and casino complex, 20 to 23 minutes. A supermarket is directly across the street.
Check-in is self-service from 3:00 PM. Your keys wait in a secure locker inside Southern Cross Station, a few minutes from the door, and the locker is open 24 hours. We send clear directions before you travel.

Testimonials
I'm not exaggerating when I say that staying here gave us so many wonderful memories in Melbourne.

Excellent!! This apartment really exceeded my expectations! Because the price wasn't expensive, and there weren't many reviews beforehand, plus the host provided very few photos, I didn't have high hopes before checking in. But I was truly pleasantly surprised after moving in. It's such a great apartment, it's such a shame there aren't more photos and reviews! The apartment is on the 34th floor, offering panoramic views of Melbourne! The nighttime view is especially stunning; we took tons of photos! The location is also very convenient, close to the CBD, and many attractions are within walking distance. Of course, there are also free trams available nearby. The house itself is very new and very clean. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room are all fully equipped. So far, this has been our most satisfying stay! Communication with the landlord before and after check-in was very quick and smooth. Any questions were answered promptly, and the entire check-in process was very smooth without any problems. My parents were also very happy with the accommodation. I'm not exaggerating when I say that staying here gave us so many wonderful memories in Melbourne. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!
