Every Casoluna apartment is prepared with the same essentials, so you arrive at a home that is ready. Features that differ, such as parking, a desk or a second bathroom, are set out on each apartment’s page.

The whole apartment to yourselves

No shared rooms, no other guests.

A full kitchen

Cooktop, oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine, with everything for cooking every day.

Hotel-grade linen

Crisp hotel-grade sheets on every bed, with bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Starter supplies

Coffee pods, tea, sugar, dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid and toilet paper, ready when you arrive.

Washing machine and dryer

In every apartment; some have one combined machine, and each apartment’s page says which.

High-speed Wi-Fi

Throughout the apartment.

Building facilities

Opened with your building fob, the small tag on your key ring; each apartment’s page lists its building’s facilities.

Self check-in

Keys collected a short walk from the apartment, with step-by-step directions sent before you arrive.

Professionally prepared

Professionally cleaned and checked to a premium standard before every arrival.

Optional extras

Optional extras to make your stay better. Each is subject to availability: add it when you book, or ask us at least 24 hours ahead.

• Early check-in — Arrive from 1:00 PM instead of 3:00 PM.
• Late check-out — Check out by 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.
• Linen and towel turnover — Fresh bed sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers, with fresh bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and kitchen towels: our cleaners make up the beds and take the used linen away, within an hour, between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
• Extra clean — The linen and towel turnover plus a full clean of the apartment, about two hours, between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
